  • Shipping: We ship to addresses within the UK only. Shipping times and costs will be provided at checkout. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at tochelondon@gmail.com. Once dispatched, cancellations are subject to our Returns Policy (see Section 6).

  • Purchases made at our physical Store in London are subject to these Terms where applicable. In-store pricing and promotions may differ from the Website.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Consumer Rights: Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 days from receipt of online orders to return items for a refund, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. This does not apply to in-store purchases unless the product is faulty.
  • Faulty Products: If a product is defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
  • Process: To return an item, email tochelondon@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is faulty.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
